Rotary Club of Kajjansi celebrates its 13th Charter Night

The ‪#‎rotary‬ club of Kajjansi 13th Charter night was held at president Juliet's home at Bwebajja.

The guest of honour was DG Bob Nsibirwa.
Below is his speech: 
" I want to thank you for being a very good club that has not only nurtured rotarians but turning them into a one family.


When I was AG for this club it was one of the best.
One of the signs of good leadership is having a club that produces leaders beyond the club year after year.

I commend you as a club for serving humanity. Julie is like a chain. She has led this club well. Hope you will continue to be a backbone for the Entebbe highway.

I commend you for putting up the rotary vocational institute. I wish the Entebbe highway rotarians would put up a very modern hospital to enable people have a joint project.
Congratulate you upon being a family. You have the cohesion and continue being a gift to the world."

We are doing this very closed in the sense that those who were with us throughout the year.
We invited only those people who had been with us.

I thank this team of rotarians who have given us money to eat and drink. These people have done us good.
Whoever is here and you are not from this club it means that we discussed about your name.
On her part president Julie talked about the project's done during this rotary year.
She gave a very good account of what the club had done throughout the year. She ended by recognising some of the rotarians with awards including DG Bob, DGN Ken, PDG Stephen Mwanje and our very own AG David Balak.

The function was crowned with a barbeque and a dance. Rotarians danced as if they didn't have bones.
It was such a nice evening we'll spent. The charter night was some sort of a mini district conference since most of the who is who in District 9211 were present
Present was DGN Ken Mugisha, District secretary Kimera and a number of world class presidents, and rotarians.
