My Rotary moment yesterday was when after the final toast at the RC Lubowa DG's visit fellowship, Rotarian Jane Kabugo came to my table picked me and led me straight to the DG and introduced me to her saying, "this was one of the most hard working rotaractors who transitioned to the rotary club of Kajjansi recently."

The DG gave me a hug and took a picture with me but I must confess I was overwhelmed by the words of praise of Rotarian Jane.
This reminded me of similar statements from different people that have always left me in a state of awe!!!!
When we were receiving the RIPE early this year at the Entebbe International airport as he and his Ann came to attend the 1st East African Rotary Projects Fair, PDG Gitta Manek, called me from the crowd where many Rotarians and Rotaractors who were not VIPs waited to wave a welcome to the RIPE and took me straight to where the RIPE and DG Ken were standing and said, " Rotaractor Rittah is so has been here warmly receiving the delegates since yesterday" In response to this, PDG Ken said, "this is one of the most hardworking rotaractors, she is one of the persons who I have worked with to make this projects fair a reality and she is the Rotaract Executive District Secretary"
At that point the RIPE shook hands with me and said, "thank you Rittah!" I couldn't help but praise God for what I felt at time.

PDG Steven, my former employer on several occasions said, "Nakasawe Rittah is a diligent hardworking person" and PDG Bob who introduced to PDG Steven could say, "weebale buttanswaaza, my brother Steven says a lot about you!"
During my early days in Rotaract, I was awarded outstanding president at the inaguaral Rotaract Country Awards and PAG Peace who was the IPP of my mother club then (RC Kajjansi) introduced me to many Rotarians during different rotary events saying, "This is Rittah Nakasawe, president of our baby club and we are proud of her being a hardworking person"
I must confess, these and many others have been motivating factors in my Rotary life. I cant thank them enough for looking at me with extra ordinary eyes and choosing to say words that have uplifted my spirits.
